This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the HerFora store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
All returned products must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Sealed personal care and wellness items cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance and final sale goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Products without original packaging or accessories
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team to request a return via email.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Send back the item with a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed.
4. Refund Information
After inspection approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped by us.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must be returned following our return policy.
