Scope: These terms apply to all purchases and related services you make through HerFora Mall (hereinafter referred to as “we”). Placing an order means you have read, understood and agreed to all terms herein.
1. Order Rules
- After submitting an order, the system will automatically generate an order number, and we will complete order review and confirmation within 1-2 working days;
- The order price is as displayed at the time of submission. We reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you if there is a price anomaly due to system failure, pricing error, etc.;
- Pre-sale products require a deposit and balance payment as agreed on the page. Failure to pay the balance on time will be deemed an automatic abandonment of the order, and the deposit will not be refunded;
- You must ensure that the shipping information, contact details, etc. in the order are true and accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect information.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping covers the whole world. Specific delivery time and freight are subject to the display on the product page. Free shipping policy requires meeting the conditions specified on the page;
- Normal orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days after successful payment. Special circumstances (such as holidays, out of stock) will be notified in advance;
- Cross-border orders may incur customs duties, which shall be borne by you (except for special agreements);
- You or the recipient shall check the product appearance and quantity upon receipt. Failure to raise objections within 24 hours after signing for receipt shall be deemed that the product is delivered in good condition.
3. Return & Refund Policy
- We support 7-day no-reason return from the date of receipt (excluding some special products). The product must be unopened and not affect secondary sales;
- The following products are not eligible for no-reason return: customized products, perishable goods, opened beauty and skincare products, digital products, etc;
- For returns due to product quality issues, the freight shall be borne by us; for returns due to non-quality issues, the freight shall be borne by you;
- After the return application is approved, we will complete the refund process within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned product, and the refund will be returned to the original payment method.
4. Products & Liability
- Product information, specifications, efficacy, etc. are subject to the description on the page. Minor appearance differences caused by shooting light, display differences, etc. are not deemed quality issues;
- We guarantee that the product quality meets relevant standards. If there is indeed a quality problem, we will provide you with return, exchange or refund services;
- You shall use the product reasonably. We are not responsible for product damage caused by improper use, self-repair, etc.;
- The intellectual property rights of the products belong to the brand owner. We guarantee that all products sold are genuine and do not involve infringement acts.
5. Other Terms
- If the service is interrupted due to force majeure (natural disasters, wars, policy adjustments, etc.), we will not be liable for breach of contract but will try our best to reduce the impact;
- Updates to these terms will be notified through mall announcements. Continuing to shop means agreeing to the updated content;
- If a dispute arises between you and us, it can be resolved through negotiation via customer service or official email. If negotiation fails, you may file a lawsuit with the competent court where the operating entity is located.
